Stina

Stina studied to become a nurse at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset and since her graduation, has been working professionally with facial aesthetics. With her impressive resume and expertise she is one of Stockholm's most knowledgeable people in her field. Stina combines invasive treatments with holistic practices in her never ending quest for beauty.

I’ve been working in medical aesthetics since I graduated from Karolinska Institutet over 20 years ago. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at three major clinics where I’ve not only treated my own patients but also contributed to building and developing the clinic. I’ve trained both staff and external physicians and have been a prominent voice in the media. Over the many years, I’ve completed over thirty specialised courses internationally around the world.

Eight years ago I opened my own medical aesthetic clinic in Stockholm and continuing successfully helping patients feeling and looking their best with my team. For me, feeling my best - both inside and out - has always been essential. I truly believe that when we feel good about ourselves, we show up as better friends, mothers, partners and human beings.

For many years now, I’ve combined aesthetic treatments with holistic facial massage and the combination remains the most powerful and transformative remedy I’ve ever experienced. I first saw the impact of these techniques when my sister, in her mid-twenties, struggled with fluid retention in her face.

As I watched her apply daily routines and saw her features gradually return to their natural state, I realised how profound these practices could be and needed to try them myself. I’ve always felt like my eyes were heavy, a sign inherited from my father. When I realised what the underlying reason for this was and how the muscles where connected far beyond what I initially had understood, I was able to transform them with simple daily little facial massage steps in combination with the lymphatic knowledge. The result speaks for itself and you can see it clearly with “before and after” pictures in The Manual. My eyes are bigger, less heavy and more open. I want to share this method because I know it works.

These real-life experiences planted a seed in us - the conviction that we needed to share this knowledge with others. So many people face similar challenges without knowing where to turn.

As sisters, we’ve always dreamt of creating something together. We are both deeply creative, aesthetically driven and passionate about entrepreneurship. One day, in conversation about my expertise in facial anatomy and her dedication to daily self-massage for the face, chest, neck and scalp, everything clicked.

That’s when Chez Sorel was born.

" We are different but also very alike and we wanted to combine our strong sisterhood with our passions. We are both seekers in the sense that we never settle and we want the most out of life. Where our focus goes the energy flows intensively "

Lissy

Lissy has been a holistic beauty devotee for over 10 years and is constantly looking for ways to improve her appearance with non-invasive treatments. She is a certified Face Yoga teacher but her personal experiences in the field is her most valuable asset.

I’ve always been a curious soul with a deep love for freedom, beauty and culture. My twenties were filled with travel and adventure - but also late nights and habits that eventually left me feeling tired, swollen and disconnected from my body.

At 25, while living in Brazil, I remember looking in the mirror and not recognizing my face. Puffiness and early signs of aging pushed me to start exploring holistic health. I began learning about lymphatic flow, fascia, posture, hormone balance and the mind-body connection.

Around 2018, things began to shift more deeply. I was still living a fast-paced life - long workdays, constant travel, late nights - but it was during this period that I was introduced to facial massage. For the first time I began to understand how the face is connected to the rest of the body: how the chest and neck influence the face, what happens when fascia becomes stiff and how tight scalp tissue can affect the forehead.

Over the years I’ve explored everything from natural perfume-making and nutrition to lymphatic massage, facial muscle work and nervous system regulation. I’m not chasing perfection - I simply want to feel good in my body and support others in doing the same.

What has changed most since my twenties is time. Back then I could spend hours experimenting with self-care. Today my life is beautifully full - with a child, a home and a business - every minute counts. Over the years I’ve created a clear and consistent routine that supports both my face and my overall wellbeing.

That’s part of the reason Stina and I created The Routine.

Together we’ve distilled the most essential, high-impact practices into sessions that can realistically fit into everyday life. At the same time, we’ve created longer, more comprehensive practices for the moments when you want something deeper, more grounding, or more transformative.

The idea is simple: you choose what fits your day. A 7- or 15-minute routine can already make a difference, or you can combine longer segments to create a practice of your own.

A routine that’s not only effective - but livable.

We share techniques and how you can relax, sculpt and improve your facial features using the best tool there is - your own hands
