what is the difference between the routine & the practice?

The Routine is our signature membership — a complete foundation for your self-care practice. It includes The Manual (your handbook for understanding the method) and a curated selection of The Practice videos that guide you through the essentials: lymphatic drainage, postural activation, the scalp, full face, lower face & cheeks, and eyes & forehead — ten videos in total.

The Practice, on the other hand, is the video library itself — structured, time-based guided sessions you can follow along with.

after how long will I see results?

Many people notice a healthy glow in the face within just a few weeks — thanks to increased blood and lymph flow, which is key for radiant, well-nourished skin.

Deeper, more visible changes like lifted features often show up after 4–6 months of consistent practice.

The most transformative results usually come after 6 months to a year — when your body has truly integrated the work and you’ve built a long-term rhythm that supports lasting change.

Keep in mind that the time frame for seeing results will differ depending on your age, lifestyle and consistency. 

how much time do I need to spend everyday?

We recommend you spend at least 20-30 minutes every day for the first 4-6 months. Personally, we spent 40 minutes every day (posture exercises, lymph drainage, scalp, neck, chest and face) for the first 5 months. After that we spent 15-20 minutes in total every day.

Now we have only need maintenance work so we spend 3 days a week doing longer sessions or some weeks we do 15 minutes a day.

You will get to know your own face, and learn how much time you need to spend on it.

— Naturally we have days or weeks when life comes in between and that's fine. Nothing drastically will happen, like sagging, from one week to the next after you've managed to change the deeper structures.
