A complete, 47-minute full face practice designed to lift, release and restore.

This routine brings together all the essentials for a youthful and healthy face — beginning with lymphatic drainage of the face, then the chest and neck, moving into the scalp, and finally working through every region of the face with intention and precision.

This is a deeper, more foundational session with explanatory subtitles. We focus on the whole face but with extra attention to heavy eyes and nasolabial folds.

When working with the face, it’s important to remember that many of the changes we see are both natural and a sign of a life well lived.

Nasolabial folds, for example, are completely normal. They appear when we laugh and smile — something we of course want to keep doing for a fulfilling life. They may also deepen over time from side sleeping, night after night — again, a natural and largely unavoidable part of life.

What we don’t want, however, is unnecessary heaviness in the face caused by lymphatic stagnation, shortened muscles, or tension in the neck and chest that gradually pulls facial tissue downward.

Both of us have personally struggled with heavy eyes (something you can see in our Our Story photos). The techniques shared in this 47-minute practice are the very ones that helped us rebuild tone, space, and openness around the eyes.

Heavy — or hooded — eyes are not only genetic. Over time, they can also develop due to fluid retention and tension in the scalp, neck, and eye and forehead region. This full-face practice, with special attention to heavy eyes and nasolabial folds, works to release tight muscles, improve lymphatic flow, and restore lift — leaving the face looking more open, refreshed, and energised.
