In this 18-minute follow-along practice with subtitles, Stina guides you through a sequence designed to release tension and restore lift in the upper face.
We begin with gentle lymphatic drainage of the face, then move into releasing the neck and scalp — key areas that directly influence the eyes and forehead. From there, the practice softens tension in the jaw, temples, brows, and forehead to help counteract the effects of gravity, prolonged screen time, and everyday stress.
This continuous practice is intuitive and grounding, allowing you to move with the sequence while supporting circulation, relaxation, and a more open, rested expression in the upper face.
