Beginning of Fall

Beginning of Fall

Hello dear ones,

So. First of all, you are so very welcome to this platform of ours. We are two sisters ten years apart in age that one day decided to unite our greatest passions in life — holistic health, beauty, aesthetics, sisterhood — and life in general.

This will be a place where we will share our thoughts about travels, healing remedies, food, style — and anything that our minds want to explore further — and together.

So let's begin!

Fall is officially here and how we love new beginnings. This is the time of the year when we can start over — we leave the sweet summer days for crispy air, new nuances in the trees and more sober colors.

This fall started out beautifully — we spent a long weekend together in Geneva and Lausanne, just the two of us. No interruptions, no schedules — just time to be sisters. It was long overdue and exactly what we needed. We talked for hours, laughed until we cried, watched series in bed, and ordered room service like we used to.

We’re often so in sync when we’re together — we think about the same things, talk about the same topics, and always end up deep-diving into life, and everything in between. Lying in a beautiful hotel bed, sharing food, stories, and thoughts — it filled us with so much energy. Living in different countries makes these moments rare, but maybe that’s what makes them so special.

So since fall comes with new beginnings we would like to share what we do daily to take care of ourself to feel balanced in our hectic lives, both internally and externally.

WHAT I PRIORITIZE AS A 46-YEAR-OLD WOMAN

I’m soon turning 46, and my goal for 50 is simple:
to look better, feel stronger, and be more in love with myself — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — than ever before.

At this stage in life, everything comes down to the small, daily choices. Nothing happens by accident. You have to dedicate time to what truly matters, and you can’t expect results without intention and consistency. What I see in the mirror, how I feel in my body, and the energy I carry — it’s all a reflection of what I do (and don’t do).

Being in a pre-menopausal phase, I’ve realized that knowledge, awareness, and self-respect are everything. The body changes, hormones shift, and so must the way we care for ourselves.

Here’s what I do to feel my absolute best at 46:

  • Intuitive eating. I never skip meals or exclude food groups. I eat real, nourishing food — plenty of protein, healthy fats, and vegetables — and I listen to what my body asks for.

  • Thoughtful aesthetic treatments. Subtle, intentional, and always with balance in mind.

  • Daily self-massage. Chest, neck, scalp, and face — every single day, no exceptions. People often ask, “How do you find the time?” The truth is, we don’t find it — we take it. Because we know what it does for us.

  • Movement. I move my body every day. A walk, some light weights (2–5 kg is enough) — resistance training is essential at this age.

  • Pilates and yoga. I love them both for the body (and the face), but right now, with everything else going on, they’re not my priority but I always try to squeeze in a few of classes every month— and that’s okay.

  • A slower life. I choose peace and stability over constant stimulation.

  • A small social circle. I give my energy only to people who feel like home — my closest friends and family.

  • Supplements. I take what my body needs for this phase of life. D2+K3, Magnesium Glycinate always with no exception, Omega 3s, Speramide, Women Multi Vitamin and a hormonal blend from.

EVENING RITUAL

Every night, after putting my daughter to sleep, I dedicate 30 minutes just to myself: ten minutes with my red light mask, a few pages of journaling and soothing Hertz frequencies in my ears. This has become my non-negotiable ritual — a moment I look forward to every single day. It may not seem like much time, but those 30 minutes do wonders for both my wellbeing and my skin.

WHY I ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH MY RED LIGHT MASK

Red light therapy has been one of the most supportive tools in my skin routine—both at home and when I’m away. It’s one of those rare things that delivers visible results without any pain or downtime. A few sessions a week is all it takes.

Personally, I use the Dp Dermaceutical L.E.D. Mask från Dermapenworld. It’s light, compact, and easy to bring along when I travel. Ten minutes in a hotel room and I’ve treated my skin to clinically proven red and near-infrared light that supports collagen production, helps fade sun damage, reduces fine lines, and even supports the deeper layers of tissue.

But what I love most is that it goes beyond the skin. Red light therapy has been shown to boost cellular energy, aid muscle recovery, and ease joint discomfort. It’s not just about beauty—it’s about wellbeing on a cellular level. I’ve found it to be one of the most effortless ways to support both.

THE HEALING SOUND OF HZ

So speaking of energy — there is nothing more important than taking a pause and winding down — whether it's journaling, meditating or just sitting in silence. We all need to soothe our nervous system and one thing I really enjoy is listening to healing Hz music.

Sound healing is such a beautiful way to calm the nervous system. Music with high vibrational frequencies and uplifting lyrics can shift the energy around us in powerful ways. I truly believe that Hz frequencies, ambient sounds, binaural beats, and high-vibe music are part of the future of healing.

THE ROUTINE

Something else we do this fall is to take care of ourselfs and to feel our absolute best is to look after our skin.

If you've explored the world of our signature product The Routine, you might know by now that your own blood flow is the absolute best skin care ingredient.

Healthy, glowing skin isn’t just about what you put on the surface. It’s about what’s happening underneath. Good blood and lymph flow make all the difference in how your skin looks and feels.

Most skincare products don’t reach deep enough to fix what’s really going on—because the issue often isn’t the skin itself, but what lies beneath: tight muscles, stuck fascia, imbalanced fat pads, and stagnant lymph.

To truly support your skin, you need to look at it as part of a whole system—one where circulation, structure, and flow all work together.

Love,

Lissy & Stina
