Welcome to The Practice, our video library of guided sessions designed to support your face and overall wellbeing.
The session can be purchased individually if you prefer to pick and chose but we truly suggest you get The Routine. There you get all of the videos included but also so much knowledge, inspiration and coaching beyond which is necessary to truly understand the importance of this.
In The Routine you will also get all future videos we upload included per automatic.
Each sequence focuses on a specific area, such as the lower face, upper face or full face, making it easy to choose what your face needs in the moment. Think of them as small rituals you can return to day after day.
"All videos include clear subtitle instructions, allowing you to follow along in a calm and focused way.”

Who is this program for?
This is for anyone at any age, with or without experience. What matters is curiosity, the intention to truly get to know your face, and the willingness to make space for the practices. Above all, it’s consistency that creates change
what is the difference between the routine & the practice?
The Routine is our signature program and the complete foundation for your self-care practice.
It includes
- The Manual, your guide to understanding the method
- The Practice - our video library of guided sessions covering lymphatic drainage, posture, full face, lower face, and upper face, neck and chest
The Practice is the video library itself: structured, time-based sessions you can follow along with. While each session can be purchased individually, The Routine includes the full collection together with the complete manual.
ARE THE PRACTISES SAFE?
Yes. Everything we share is for educational purposes and general wellbeing. We're not offering medical advice, and we always recommend checking with a healthcare professional if you have any specific concerns or conditions.
WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?
If you're pregnant, have an injury, or any medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting. Our practices are gentle, but your health always comes first.
AFTER HOW LONG WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Many people notice a healthy glow in the face within just a few weeks thanks to increased blood and lymph flow, which is key for radiant, well-nourished skin.
Deeper, more visible changes like lifted features often show up after 4–6 months of consistent practice.
The most transformative results usually come after 6 months to a year, when your body has truly integrated the work and managed to change the deeper structures.
Keep in mind that the time frame for seeing results will differ depending on your age, lifestyle and consistency.
ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?
The body’s natural process is to age, and we cannot change that. What The Routine can help with, however, is preventing premature aging caused by muscle tension, stiff fascia, lymphatic stagnation, and restricted circulation, while giving the face the best possible foundation for aging.
The effects build over time and last as long as you continue nurturing them. Just like with exercise or brushing your teeth, consistency matters. Your face responds to how you live, so think of this as a gentle long-term practice rather than a quick fix.
Once you’ve supported the deeper structures of the face and surrounding tissues, the skin won’t simply start to sag from one week to the next if life gets in the way and you miss a few sessions.
As the routine becomes second nature, many find they only need to return to the exercises a few times per week for maintenance, depending on lifestyle.
CAN I DO THE EXERCISES TOO MUCH?
No. But you can overwork the tissue if you do too much, too often, or too aggressively.
For example, when I (Lissy) recorded The Practice videos, I had to repeat the chest fascia release maybe ten times in a row one morning. I really noticed that my chest didn’t like it. The area became sensitive, and I had to pause for a couple of days before continuing.
Your skin and fascia are very communicative. They will tell you when it’s time to slow down. If you have rosacea or active acne, avoid massaging those areas until they’ve calmed down.
Always start slow and gentle to warm up the tissue before going deeper. Stay connected with your body as you work.
As a general guideline, we recommend keeping your full practice, including posture, chest, neck, scalp, and face, around 40 minutes per day.
When it comes to lymphatic drainage, it depends. If you’re prone to puffiness or fluid retention, you can do it daily. If your face and body are naturally lean, two to three times per week is usually enough.
Some people have more sensitive skin than others, which is why it’s important to listen, observe, and let your body guide the pace.
I GOT ACNE FROM THE MASSAGES - IS THAT NORMAL?
Yes, it can happen in the beginning. When you start moving stagnant fluids, especially lymph, your skin begins to detox, and small breakouts can appear as part of that cleansing process.
Make sure your hands are clean, and always wash your face after a longer massage session to help your skin release what’s been brought to the surface.
If your neck or chest feel tense, give those areas some extra attention, it helps the lymph and detox pathways stay open.
Support the process by:
- Drinking plenty of water
- Moving your body daily (even short walks help)
- Being patient - your skin is simply rebalancing
The initial purging phase usually passes quickly, and your skin will feel clearer, more vibrant, and alive once the flow is restored.
CAN I DO THE PRACTICES IF I'VE HAD INVASIVE TREATMENTS?
If you’ve had surgery, botox or fillers, please check with your doctor before starting. As a general guideline, wait at least two weeks after botox, or longer if advised. Every face heals differently, and some techniques may not be suitable right away. Always let your recovery lead the way.
If you’ve had Botox, keep in mind that facial massage may cause Botox to metabolize a bit faster. However, the benefits are significant - improved lymphatic drainage, better circulation, stimulation of collagen and elastin, and relaxation of untreated muscles - all of which support a healthier, more balanced aging process.
How much time do I need to dedicate every day to see results?
It depends and more importantly, it depends on your life.
For more transformative results, spending around 40 minutes per day will take you deeper into the work. That said, your skin will still age more gently and maintain a youthful, healthy appearance with 15–20 minutes a day.
For the first 4 months, we recommend spending at least 20–30 minutes daily to support long-lasting results and allow the body to adapt. Once you’ve reached your desired goal, maintenance can be as little as10–15 minutes a day, or a longer session a few times per week.
We don’t want this to feel like a must or another obligation.
See it as a daily opportunity to reconnect with your face, get to know it, and gently land in your body.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
DO I NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
Not at all, you don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t need any gadgets either.
All you need are your own hands.
If your skin feels a bit dry, you can use a few drops of rosehip oil or squalane. Your skin should feel moisturized but not slippery, that way, you can connect better with the muscles and fascia underneath.
The Practice is designed to be intuitive and easy to follow.
HOW OLD ARE YOU AND DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?
Stinas was born 1980 and Lissy was born 1989. Yes we both have children.
What language is the material in?
All the material is in English.
Do you rely on injectables, like Botox or fillers, for your results?
Stina combines The Practice with small adjustments of botox and fillers. Lissy have tried botox twice in the past (many years ago now) and lip filler in her late 20s out of curiosity but doesn't rely on neither in her face now - only good blood flow.
I just want to buy one video, which one should I choose?
First of all you need to ask yourself:
- How much time am I willing to spend everyday?
- Which area do I want to focus on?
If you’re ready for a deeper, more transformative practice - we recommend Lissy's 47 Minute Practice. It’s our most comprehensive session, with a clear voice-over guiding you through every step:
lymphatic drainage, chest, neck, scalp and full face massage, with extra attention to common areas of concern such as nasolabial folds and heavy eyes.
It’s a complete reset for your muscles, fascia and nervous system.
But if you’re short on time or prefer something you can return to daily without thinking twice, our shorter routines are designed exactly for that. They’re simple to follow along with and easy to weave into any schedule.
Both options work beautifully, it just depends on the rhythm of your life right now.
Do all the videos have subtitles?
Yes, all videos include subtitles. The movements are also demonstrated clearly, and the routines are designed to be easy to follow visually.
