The Practice are our time-based follow-along sessions — designed to help you show up for your face every day.

Each sequence has a clear focus — like Lower Face, Eyes & Forehead, or Full Face. They’re your everyday rituals, created to make self-care simple, intuitive, and deeply grounding.

"The Routine teaches you the why — The Practice embodies the how"

"Choose between our longer, guided sessions — with voiceover to help you dive deeper — and our shorter, follow-along routines designed for the days when simplicity is all you need”

FAQ About The Practice

What is the return policy?

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
By buying, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.

If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we are happy to help you decide.

Who is this program for?

This is for anyone — at any age, with or without experience. What matters is curiosity, the intention to truly get to know your face, and the willingness to make space for the practices. Above all, it’s consistency that creates change

what is the difference between the routine & the practice?

The Routine is our signature membership — a complete foundation for your self-care practice. It includes The Manual (your handbook for understanding the method) and a curated selection of The Practice videos that guide you through the essentials: lymphatic drainage, postural activation, the scalp, full face, lower face & cheeks, and eyes & forehead — ten videos in total.

The Practice, on the other hand, is the video library itself — structured, time-based guided sessions you can follow along with. Inside The Routine, you get access to the core videos. If you wish to go deeper or expand your routine, you can purchase additional The Practice videos separately.

ARE THE PRACTISES SAFE?

Yes. Everything we share is for educational purposes and general wellbeing. We're not offering medical advice, and we always recommend checking with a healthcare professional if you have any specific concerns or conditions.

WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

If you're pregnant, have an injury, or any medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting. Our practices are gentle, but your health always comes first.

AFTER HOW LONG WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Many people notice a healthy in the face within just a few weeks — thanks to increased blood and lymph flow, which is key for radiant, well-nourished skin.

Deeper, more visible changes like lifted features often show up after 4–6 months of consistent practice.

The most transformative results usually come after 6 months to a year — when your body has truly integrated the work and you’ve built a long-term rhythm that supports lasting change.

Keep in mind that the time frame for seeing results will differ depending on your age, lifestyle and consistency.

ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?

The effects build over time — and they last as long as you keep nurturing them. Just like with exercise, healthy skin or brushing your teeth, consistency matters. Your face responds to how you live, so think of this as a gentle, long-term practice rather than a quick fix. The more you do it, the more natural it becomes — and the easier it is to maintain. After a while you will only have to do the exercises a couple of times per week for maintenance but it all depends on your lifestyle.

CAN I DO THE EXERCISES TOO MUCH?

Yes — you can overwork the tissue if you do too much, too often.

For example, when I (Lissy) recorded the The Practice videos, I had to repeat the chest fascia release maybe ten times one morning. I really noticed that my chest didn’t like it — it became sensitive, and I had to rest for a few days before continuing. The same thing happened with my front neck.

Your skin and fascia are very communicative — they will tell you when it’s time to slow down.
If you have rosacea or active acne, avoid massaging those areas until they’ve calmed down.

Always start slow and gentle to warm up the tissue before going deeper. Stay connected with your body as you work.

As a general guideline, we recommend keeping your full practice (including posture, chest, neck, scalp and face) around 40 minutes.

When it comes to lymphatic drainage, it depends:
If you’re prone to puffiness or fluid retention, you can do it daily.
If your face and body are naturally lean, 2–3 times a week is plenty.

Listen, observe, and let your body guide the pace.

I GOT ACNE FROM THE MASSAGES — IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, it can happen in the beginning. When you start moving stagnant fluids — especially lymph — your skin begins to detox, and small breakouts can appear as part of that cleansing process.

Make sure your hands are clean, and always wash your face after a longer massage session to help your skin release what’s been brought to the surface.

If your neck or chest feel tense, give those areas some extra attention — it helps the lymph and detox pathways stay open.

Support the process by:

  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Moving your body daily (even short walks help)
  • Being patient — your skin is simply rebalancing

The initial purging phase usually passes quickly, and your skin will feel clearer, more vibrant, and alive once the flow is restored.

CAN I DO THE PRACTICES IF I'VE HAD INVASIVE TREATMENTS?

If you’ve had surgery, botox or fillers, please check with your doctor before starting. As a general guideline, wait at least two weeks after botox — or longer if advised. Every face heals differently, and some techniques may not be suitable right away. Always let your recovery lead the way.

If you’ve had Botox — keep in mind that facial massage may cause Botox to metabolize a bit faster. However, the benefits are significant — improved lymphatic drainage, better circulation, stimulation of collagen and elastin, and relaxation of untreated muscles — all of which support a healthier, more balanced aging process.

How much time do I need to dedicate every day to see results?

The first 4 month we recommend spending at least 20-30 minutes a day to see long-lasting results. When you've reached your deired goal you only need to spend 10-15 minutes a day or a longer session a couple of times per week.

We want you to see this not as a must but as a chance to reconnect with your own face, get to know it and land in your body everyday.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?

Not at all — you don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t need any gadgets either.
All you need are your own hands.

If your skin feels a bit dry, you can use a few drops of rosehip oil or squalane. Your skin should feel moisturized but not slippery — that way, you can connect better with the muscles and fascia underneath.

The Practice is designed to be intuitive and easy to follow — you’ll learn to feel your way through it, one movement at a time.

HOW OLD ARE YOU AND DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?

Stinas was born 1980 and Lissy was born 1989. Yes we both have children.

What language is the material in?

All the material is in English.

Do you rely on injectables, like Botox or fillers, for your results?

Stina combines The Practice with small adjustments of botox and fillers. Lissy have tried botox twice in the past (many years ago now) and lip filler in her late 20s out of curiosity but doesn't rely on neither in her face now —only good blood flow.

I just want to buy one video, which one should I choose?

First of all you need to ask yourself:

- How much time am I willing to spend everyday?

- Which area do I want to focus on?

If you’re ready for a deeper, more transformative practice — we recommend The 47 Minute Practice: Full Face.

It’s our most comprehensive session, with a clear voice-over guiding you through every step:
lymphatic drainage, chest, neck, scalp and full face massage, with extra attention to common areas of concern such as nasolabial folds and heavy or hooded eyes.

It’s a complete reset for your muscles, fascia and nervous system.

But if you’re short on time or prefer something you can return to daily without thinking twice, our shorter routines are designed exactly for that. They’re simple to follow along with and easy to weave into any schedule.

Both options work beautifully — it just depends on the rhythm of your life right now.

Do all the videos have voice over?

No — only our longer, more in-depth practices include voice over.
These are:

  • The 47 Minute Practice: Full Face
  • The 26 Minute Practice: Eyes & Forehead
  • The 24 Minute Practice: Lower Face

All other routines are designed to be easy to follow visually, without narration.
However, every single video comes with a clear video walkthrough on the product page once you’ve purchased it, so nothing ever feels confusing or unclear.

We created it this way to give you both options:
guided, immersive sessions when you want to go deeper — and shorter, streamlined routines for the days when you just want to press play and follow along.
