YOUR FIRST YEAR - WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not a quick fix. It is a practice.
Here is what most people experience when they commit to The Routine:
Week 1 to 2 Many notice a healthy glow almost immediately, a visible sign that circulation and lymphatic flow are waking up, and less fluid retention because of release in important muscles and manual lymphatic drainage.
Month 1 You will start noticing small improvements in the tissue. Tension you did not know you were holding begins to ease, in the jaw, the forehead, around the eyes.
Month 3 to 4 This is where the deeper work begins to show. Features look more lifted and defined, fine lines soften and the face starts to look more open and rested. You begin to look like yourself again, but the best version of it.
Month 6 to 12 The most lasting changes happen here. The deeper structures have shifted, the tissue is better hydrated, circulation is stronger and the results hold, even when life gets busy and your practice becomes less consistent for a while.
