For how long do I get access to the The Routine

How do I get access to The Routine: The Manual, Targeted Areas and The Practice?

After you've purchased The Routine you will get a confirmation e-mail with login instructions. When you've logged in to the website you can download The Manual and access all the videos.

how long are the videos?
  • The Practice are from 11-40 minutes
  • The Posture & Lymph videos are 6-10 minutes
  • The Targeted Areas videos differ between 10-40 minutes depending on which area of concern
how much time do I need to spend everyday?

We recommend you spend at least 20-30 minutes every day for the first 4-6 months. Personally, we spent 40 minutes every day (posture exercises, lymph drainage, scalp, neck, chest and face) for the first 5 months. After that we spent 15-20 minutes in total every day.

Now we have only need maintenance work so we spend 3 days a week doing longer sessions or some weeks we do 15 minutes a day.

You will get to know your own face, and learn how much time you need to spend on it.

— Naturally we have days or weeks when life comes in between and that's fine. Nothing drastically will happen, like sagging, from one week to the next after you've managed to change the deeper structures.
