This 15-minute practice is designed to bring lightness and openness to the upper face — softening forehead lines while gently lifting the delicate area around the brows and eyes.
It’s a full-face sequence, but with special focus on how the scalp, neck, and forehead connect to the eye area. By combining relaxing and strengthening techniques, we counteract the effects of gravity, screen time, and stress — restoring clarity, vitality, and natural expression.
This routine can be used daily or as maintenance on days when time is limited.
Key Techniques Include
- Face lymphatic drainage to refresh and de-puff
- Scalp, neck, temple, and jaw release to free tension that affects both eyes and forehead
- Gentle lifting and activation around the brows and eyes
- Strengthening techniques to support long-term openness
- Releasing fascia in the scalp and forehead to soften lines
- Working with the frontalis muscle as part of the scalp–neck connection for natural smoothing
Tip: For best results, we recommend pairing this practice with a short Postural Activation sequence beforehand — but even on its own, it makes a real difference.
