We begin by opening the chest and releasing the neck, creating space for circulation and lift. A short scalp massage follows, before we move through the entire face, from the jaw upward. Each movement is designed to awaken the tissue, stimulate blood and lymph flow, and bring harmony to the deep structures.

This 20-minute session is the perfect foundation for your practice — it includes all the key elements needed to maintain balance, tone, and flow throughout the face.

This sequence focuses mainly on relaxation of muscles and fascia release. If you experience fluid build-up or puffiness, we recommend complementing this session with The Practice: Lymphatic Drainage.
