The 30 Minute Practice: Eyes & Forehead
Heavy eyes is something many of us experience — when the eyes feel tired, heavy, or less open. It often comes from deep tension in the temples, the muscles around the eyes, and the back of the head and neck. The same goes for fine lines and tightness around the forehead — they’re often a reflection of stiffness and restriction through the scalp and neck - and naturally, from the forehead itself.
In this session, we’ll guide you through exercises that release muscular tension and soften the fascia so that the eye and forehead area can appear more lifted, open, and relaxed. We’ll work not only on the direct areas but also along the entire chain that influences them.
This The Practice video is included in our signature membership: The Routine.
about
This sequence focuses mainly on relaxation and fascia release. If you experience fluid build-up or puffiness, we recommend complementing this session with The Practice: Lymphatic Drainage or The 18-Minute Practice: Eyes & Forehead, which also includes lymphatic drainage of the face.
These exercises naturally support blood and lymph flow by releasing the tight muscles that can block circulation — but for an extra boost, we suggest adding manual lymphatic drainage to your routine.
Key areas Include
- Neck release
- Scalp activation
- Jaw & temple release
- Eye & forehead fascia softening
