Heavy eyes is something many of us experience - when the eyes feel tired, heavy, or less open. It often comes from deep tension in the temples, the muscles around the eyes and the back of the head and neck. The same goes for fine lines and tightness around the forehead - they’re often a reflection of stiffness and restriction through the scalp and neck - and naturally, from the forehead itself.

This sequence focuses mainly on relaxation and fascia release. If you experience fluid build-up or puffiness, we recommend complementing this session with Stina's Lymphatic Drainage or Stina's 18 Minute Practice, which also includes lymphatic drainage of the face.
