$21.00
Taxes included.

In this 10-minute practice, we’ll guide you through a gentle morning de-puffing sequence, perfect to do first thing when you wake up.

You’ll learn an easy ritual that supports lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness and helps release tension in the neck, scalp, cheeks, and masseter, allowing fluids to move more freely through the face.

We also encourage you to drink plenty of water afterward, and gently move your body, to help your system flush and integrate the effects.

This The Practice video is included in our signature membership: The Routine.

about

This is a dear topic for us, and especially for Lissy, who struggled with facial puffiness for years and felt so hopeless until she learned how to relax the essential muscles and support the natural lymph flow through manual drainage. These techniques have truly transformed both how we look and how we feel.

This short practice focuses on activating lymphatic flow from the collarbone upward, releasing the neck and jaw so fluids can move freely and the face feels refreshed and alive.

Key areas Include
  • Collarbone & chest
  • Neck
  • Jaw
  • Cheeks
  • Eyes

By stimulating these areas, you manually assist your lymphatic system in draining fluid, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall health.
