A complete self-care system for your face

Definition is born from facial sculpting, a healthy face from harmony in muscles and fascia, and glow from good blood flow

Beauty as a Holistic Practice

Your face is part of an intricate system — every muscle, tendon, and layer of fascia connected. When one area softens, the whole face finds balance. When tension is left unchecked, it simply moves elsewhere

A Lifelong Investment

Your face is not separate — it’s woven into your posture, breath, lymphatic flow, muscle tone, and even your stress levels. Support the whole system, and the face transforms in response

The Practices — Your Guided Sessions

The Practices are structured, time-based sessions (15, 25, 40, and 55 minutes) where you simply follow along. They’re about consistency and flow — helping you establish a sustainable daily ritual without overthinking. Think of them as your go-to templates for practice.

The Routine— Our Signature Membership

The Routine is our signature membership — the full experience. It includes both Targeted Areas and The Practices, along with a 100-page in-depth manual. The manual is not just a guide, but a companion: part handbook, part journey, sharing our path toChez Soreland everything we’ve learned along the way. It’s designed to help you understand the “why” behind the techniques, while giving you a clear framework to build your own lifelong ritual.

Q&A

What is the return policy?

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
By buying, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.

If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we are happy to help you decide.

Who is this program for?

This is for anyone — at any age, with or without experience. What matters is curiosity, the intention to truly get to know your face, and the willingness to make space for the practices. Above all, it’s consistency that creates change

ARE THE PRACTISES SAFE?

Yes. Everything we share is for educational purposes and general wellbeing. We're not offering medical advice, and we always recommend checking with a healthcare professional if you have any specific concerns or conditions.

WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

If you're pregnant, have an injury, or any medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting. Our practices are gentle, but your health always comes first.

AFTER HOW LONG WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Many people notice a healthy glow and more softness in the face within just a few weeks — thanks to increased blood flow, which is key for radiant, well-nourished skin.
Deeper, more visible changes like lifted features, improved muscle tone and less puffiness often show up after 4–6 months of consistent practice.
The most transformative results usually come after 6 months to a year — when your body has truly integrated the work and you’ve built a long-term rhythm that supports lasting change.

Keep in mind that the time frame for seeing results will differ depending on your age and lifestyle.

ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?

The effects build over time — and they last as long as you keep nurturing them. Just like with exercise, healthy skin or brushing your teeth, consistency matters. Your face responds to how you live, so think of this as a gentle, long-term practice rather than a quick fix. The more you do it, the more natural it becomes — and the easier it is to maintain. After a while you will only have to do the exercises a couple of times per week for maintenance but it all depends on your lifestyle.

CAN I DO THE PRACTICES IF I'VE HAD INVASIVE TREATMENTS?

If you’ve had surgery, botox or fillers, please check with your doctor before starting. As a general guideline, wait at least two weeks after botox — or longer if advised. Every face heals differently, and some techniques may not be suitable right away. Always let your recovery lead the way.

If you’ve had Botox — keep in mind that facial massage may cause Botox to metabolize a bit faster. However, the benefits are significant — improved lymphatic drainage, better circulation, stimulation of collagen and elastin, and relaxation of untreated muscles — all of which support a healthier, more balanced aging process.

How much time do I need to dedicate every day to see results?

The first 4 month we recommend spending at least 20-30 minutes a day to see long-lasting results. When you've reached your desired goal you only need to spend 10-15 minutes a day or a longer session a couple of times per week.

We want you to see this not as a must but as a chance to reconnect with your own face, get to know it and land in your body everyday.

HOW OLD ARE YOU AND DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?

Stinas was born 1980 and Lissy was born 1989. Yes we both have children.

I GOT ACNE FROM THE MASSAGES — IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, it can happen in the beginning. When you start moving stagnant fluids — especially lymph — your skin begins to detox, and small breakouts can appear as part of that cleansing process.

Make sure your hands are clean, and always wash your face after a longer massage session to help your skin release what’s been brought to the surface.

If your neck or chest feel tense, give those areas some extra attention — it helps the lymph and detox pathways stay open.

Support the process by:

  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Moving your body daily (even short walks help)
  • Being patient — your skin is simply rebalancing

The initial purging phase usually passes quickly, and your skin will feel clearer, more vibrant, and alive once the flow is restored.

CAN I DO THE EXERCISES TOO MUCH?

Yes — you can overwork the tissue if you do too much, too often.

For example, when I (Lissy) recorded the Targeted Areas and The Practice videos, I had to repeat the chest fascia release maybe eight times in a row. I really noticed that my chest didn’t like it — it became sensitive, and I had to rest for a few days before continuing. The same thing happened with my front neck.

Your skin and fascia are very communicative — they will tell you when it’s time to slow down.
If you have rosacea or active acne, avoid massaging those areas until they’ve calmed down.

Always start slow and gentle to warm up the tissue before going deeper. Stay connected with your body as you work.

As a general guideline, we recommend keeping your full practice (including posture, chest, neck, scalp and face) around 40 minutes.

When it comes to lymphatic drainage, it depends:
If you’re prone to puffiness or fluid retention, you can do it daily.
If your face and body are naturally lean, 2–3 times a week is plenty.

Listen, observe, and let your body guide the pace.

Do you rely on injectables, like Botox or fillers, for your results?

Stina combines The Routine with botox and fillers. Lissy have tried botox twice in the past and lip filler in her late 20s out of curiosity but has no botox or filler in her face now — only good blood flow.
